Join us for Swept Clean
The Van Rensselaers of Cherry Hill are elite among the ranks of old Albany’s blue-blood families—but when financial crisis strikes the Gilded Age household, it is clear that things are not as they seemed.
An environmentally immersive theater project, “Swept Clean” will bring audiences into intimate encounter with the past through the authentic setting of Cherry Hill and a script—written by Dr. Krysta Dennis—based on the manuscript holdings of the museum. Swept Clean is directed by Janet Hurley Kimlicko and produced by NorthEast Theatre Ensemble. Costume design by Brittney Belz.
Swept Clean was made possible with funding from The Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area and Humanities New York.
Registration is required and space is limited! $20 for Regular Admission, $16 for Members.
